These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j2bit ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on j2bit, you unconditionally accept all terms set out in this Agreement. Please read this document in its entirety before using the j2bit platform.
This Agreement contains important information about your rights and obligations as a j2bit player. It includes provisions that limit j2bit's liability and govern how disputes are resolved. Your account credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. j2bit strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify j2bit immediately at [email protected].
j2bit's KYC process requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo identification, and may additionally require proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. j2bit may place a temporary hold on account funds while verification is pending.
Pakistani CNIC (front and back), valid Pakistani Passport, or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
j2bit supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. j2bit does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — you are responsible for verifying applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating transactions.
Deposits: All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as specified in the j2bit cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet upon confirmed receipt by j2bit's payment processor. j2bit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Deposits from payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder will be rejected and refunded.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the channel's technical capability. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of all applicable Wagering Requirements, and AML review where required. Standard processing times are:

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent j2bit's bonus structure — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all associated Bonuses and pending withdrawals derived from Bonus funds, and a permanent ban from the j2bit platform.
All bets, wagers, and casino game rounds placed on j2bit are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, or instant games — as published in the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules prevail for that product, and this Agreement prevails in all other respects.
Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. j2bit reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human error. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of reliable real-time data; j2bit may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. All cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and bilateral series — are subject to official match results as reported by the relevant governing body.
Casino & Slots: All casino game outcomes and slot results are determined by certified RNG software. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are disclosed in the game information panel within the j2bit slots lobby. j2bit does not manipulate game outcomes and is subject to external RNG audit requirements as a condition of its gaming licence.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or system failure during any game round or bet, j2bit will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome using available server-side data. Where reconstruction is not possible, the relevant stake will be refunded to the Player's account. j2bit's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final and binding.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits j2bit's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
j2bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of this Agreement, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds not yet meeting Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed for breach of this Agreement, j2bit reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to report the matter to relevant authorities.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting j2bit support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completed KYC verification.
In the event of any dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, account decision, bonus ruling, or payment, the Player must follow j2bit's formal complaints procedure before pursuing any external remedy:
Disputes relating to bet outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. j2bit's server-side records shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process; Player-side screenshots or recordings are accepted as supplementary evidence only.
j2bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Player rights, Wagering Requirement structures, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — j2bit will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the registered address on file, and by prominent notice on the j2bit platform, before the amended terms take effect.
For non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information — j2bit may update the Terms & Conditions without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Continued use of the j2bit platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange voluntary account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2bit holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12.
Nothing in this clause prevents j2bit from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or operational interests.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and j2bit with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
